Request Account Deletion
RPG Dice Roller is published by malkokai. If you use optional cloud features, you may request deletion of your account and associated cloud data.
How to request deletion
- Email malkokaidev@gmail.com with the subject Delete RPG Dice Roller account.
- Send the request from the email address used for cloud sync.
- We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
We complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm deletion by email.
Data we delete
- Your cloud account record.
- Cloud-saved characters, presets, and related cloud-sync data.
- The link between your cloud account and Premium cloud-sync access.
- Any cloud-storage files owned by that account, if applicable.
Data we retain
- Google Play purchase and subscription records, which are managed by Google Play.
- Data required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations, for the applicable retention period.
- Anonymous or aggregated data that cannot identify you.
Deleting an account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription.
Local data
Account deletion removes cloud data. To remove data stored only on your device, clear RPG Dice Roller’s app storage or uninstall the app. Downloaded theme packs can also be removed from the app.
