These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of Korfeo (the “App”), a metronome and music-practice companion developed by malkokai. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License and Purpose
Korfeo is provided for personal, non-commercial music practice. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, distribute, sell, or rent any part of the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
2. Availability and Disclaimer
We aim to keep Korfeo reliable, but the App is provided “as is” and may not be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. Metronome timing and audio output can be affected by your device, operating system, audio hardware, and other apps.
You are responsible for using the App appropriately for your own practice. Korfeo is not a substitute for professional musical, medical, or educational advice.
3. Changes and Termination
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App when necessary for technical, legal, or product reasons. You may stop using Korfeo at any time by uninstalling it.
4. Intellectual Property
Korfeo, including its software, design, audio assets, and documentation, is owned by malkokai or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, malkokai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of locally stored settings or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Korfeo handles information.
7. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
